Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at Comité Especializado en Economía Circular-CIP in Lima will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
This full-time remote role involves developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
The Human Resources Manager will manage HR documentation, ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations, and maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
The role also includes guiding employee engagement activities, handling conflict resolution, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion practices across the organization.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align HR strategies with the committee’s mission and objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR administration and compliance, including knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices in record keeping and HRIS systems.
- Skills in training and development, with the ability to design and deliver learning programs and support career growth initiatives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to work effectively with diverse teams in a remote environment.
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professional judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in HR are an advantage.
- Prior experience working in mission-driven, non-profit, or sustainability-focused organizations is highly beneficial.
