Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at Levage Technique Service is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing all core HR functions and supporting a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and coordinating training and development initiatives.
The role involves administering compensation and benefits programs, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations issues, support performance management cycles, and partner with leadership to plan workforce needs and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
This role also requires preparing HR reports, analyzing HR metrics, and continuously improving HR processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance practices, with the ability to apply them in a remote workforce context.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS and related digital tools, along with strong organizational, documentation, and data management abilities.
- Experience developing and delivering training or employee development programs, including coaching managers on HR best practices.
- Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a remote or geographically distributed organization and comfort working independently while meeting deadlines.
