Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources operations to support organizational goals, employee development, and workforce effectiveness.

This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and HR strategy.

The position involves developing and implementing human resource policies, programs, and initiatives that align with business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.

The Human Resources Manager works closely with leadership teams to support workforce planning and organizational growth.

A key responsibility includes managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, career development, employee engagement, and offboarding processes.

The Human Resources Manager also handles employee relations matters by providing guidance, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting fair and consistent HR practices.
