Lupós Real Estate is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our HR function.
This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
- Partner with management on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategies.
- Manage employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Support compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems.
- Drive employee development, training initiatives, and performance improvement programs.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience managing HR operations, policies, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience within the UAE real estate industry is mandatory.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai and collaborate within a multicultural environment.
