Human Resources Manager
- leads and manages HR functions that support organizational goals through effective talent management, employee development, workforce planning, and people strategies.
- This role works closely with leadership teams to attract and retain talent, improve employee engagement, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.

Manage recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
π± Employee Relations
Handle employee concerns, workplace issues, conflict resolution, and engagement programs to maintain a positive work environment.
π Performance Management
Manage performance review systems, goal-setting processes, employee development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
π Learning & Development
Design training programs, leadership development initiatives, and learning opportunities to enhance employee capabilities.
π° Compensation & Benefits
Support salary planning, benefits administration, rewards programs, and compensation strategies to attract and retain employees.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, workplace regulations, and HR governance requirements.
π HR Analytics & Reporting
Analyze workforce data, employee trends, turnover rates, and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
