Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
This part-time, on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves partnering with leadership to define workforce needs, maintain HR policies, and support organizational culture.
Daily tasks include managing HR documentation, coordinating interviews, handling basic payroll and benefits queries, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
The role will also support employee relations, address workplace concerns, and organize training or development initiatives as needed.
The Human Resources Manager will be expected to maintain accurate records, protect confidential information, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and UAE labor law compliance, particularly in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE context.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, record-keeping, and use of HR information systems or related software tools.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and levels.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills suited to a part-time, on-site role with multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in a data-driven or knowledge-focused organization, preferably within the UAE or GCC region, is beneficial.
