The employer is hiring an HR and Recruitment Specialist to independently manage HR operations and end-to-end recruitment for a growing real estate company.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Recruit real estate agents, sales managers, and administrative staff.
- Handle employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, visas, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policies.
Required skills and qualifications
- 2–3 years of UAE HR and recruitment experience is preferred.
- Real estate recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience with HRMS, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple vacancies and HR responsibilities independently.
- The posting lists 2 years of human resources experience as required; 1 year of agent-hiring and real estate industry experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace
