Recruitment and employee relations
- Oversee job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding; develop strategies to attract candidates for restaurant operations and support roles.
- Act as the main contact between management and employees; handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions fairly.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Training and development
- Identify staff training needs, organize development programs, and conduct new-employee orientation.
- Support continuous staff skill improvement, especially in customer service and compliance.
HR policies and compliance
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company regulations; maintain updated employee records and contracts.
Performance management
- Design and implement performance evaluation systems; monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Assist managers in setting staff goals and objectives.
Compensation and workforce planning
- Oversee payroll, leave management, and employee benefits; ensure fair and transparent salary structures and recommend retention incentives.
- Work with restaurant management to forecast manpower needs and ensure adequate staffing at all branches.
Health, safety, and welfare
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards; foster employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Preferred experience
- Experience in hospitality or the restaurant sector is a plus.
