Human Resources Manager
Role Overview
As a member of the WM Human Resources organization, the HR Manager serves as a strategic people partner and trusted advisor to operational leaders, balancing hands-on HR execution with initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, teamwork, and workforce performance.
We’re looking for an experienced HR leader who brings strong business partnership skills, people leadership and coaching experience, and the ability to support a large, complex organization.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated labor/union relations experience, along with a track record of building strong partnerships and collaborating effectively across teams.
This is a hybrid role supporting the broader market area, with regular onsite presence and travel to our market area office in Burbank.

Qualifications
- A.
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field, or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (Accredited) and 4 years of experience
- 5 years of experience managing human resource systems, process, programs, initiatives and professionals (in addition to education requirement)

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional in Human Resources Senior (SPHR) Certification

- PAY: The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $111,205 - $135,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
