Human Resources Intern (US)

Prepare and maintain HR reporting, data entry, record keeping and analysis, as directed by the CPO or HR generalists

Assist the HR generalists in onboarding new hires

Complete I-9 forms and verify I-9 documentation

Schedule all exit interviews

Support data tracking related to performance reviews

Maintain active and terminated employee files according to regulatory requirements

Assist or lead ad hoc HR special projects in partnership with the CPO and/or HR Generalists

Work with an incredible team who is passionate about what they do and willing to teach and train

Critical attention to detail while multitasking

A flexible, positive and proactive mindset that flourishes in a fast-paced agency environment

Strong to Advanced Excel and technical skills, and comfort managing spreadsheets and data

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Passion for HR and problem solving

Experience working in G Suite by Google (Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Sheets)

The target range of compensation for this role is an hourly rate of $19.00 - $22.00. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
