Human Resources Intern / HR

Premium Support Facility Management Ltd. (PSFM) is a leading facility management and manpower solutions company in Saudi Arabia, delivering professional services across housekeeping, maintenance, cleaning, HVAC, civil, electrical, and manpower support sectors.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team in Jeddah.

The intern will support daily HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and administrative tasks while gaining practical experience in human resource management.

Assist with recruitment and interview coordination

Support employee onboarding and documentation

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Help prepare HR reports and attendance records

Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements

Assist in preparing contracts, letters, and HR documents

Support payroll and leave management processes

Handle filing, scanning, and administrative HR tasks

Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Support general office and HR operations as required

Currently studying or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Good communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work in a professional team environment

Willingness to learn and grow in HR operations

English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage

Practical HR and administrative experience
