Position Overview
HR Intern supporting daily HR department activities, with focus on CSR activities, employee branding, reporting, induction, and recruitment.

Responsibilities
- Update employee databases, contact details, and employment forms; gather payroll data on leave, working hours, and bank accounts.
- Screen resumes and application forms; schedule and confirm interviews.
- Post, update, and remove job ads on job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
- Prepare HR reports, including training budgets by department; respond to employee benefits questions.
- Review and distribute company policies digitally or in print; help organize company events and career days.
- Support CSR activities, employee branding, induction, and recruitment processes; coordinate with Customer Support and Internal Finance.
Education and Experience
- Recently completed bachelor's degree and/or professional certification in HR or Psychology.
- Zero to two years of HR-related work or internship experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Technical and Other Requirements
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; proactive and able to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
Stipend
