Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
The ideal candidate will work closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure HR systems, improve processes, and ensure the successful adoption of HR technology solutions.
HR Systems Management
- Analyze business and HR requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications.
- Implement, configure, and maintain HR systems and related modules.
- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll, performance management, and leave management.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within HR systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact between HR teams and technical teams.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support activities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support workforce planning and HR analytics initiatives.
Project Management & Support
- Participate in HR digital transformation projects.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and IT teams.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process flows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, or HR Technology consulting.
- Experience with HR platforms such as Jisr, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Dynamics HR, Workday, BambooHR, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Saudi labor regulations.
- Experience in system implementation and business process analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- HRIS or ERP implementation experience.
- Experience in HR digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of reporting and data analytics tools.
- Professional certifications in HR, ERP, or project management are a plus.
