Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions within our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting overall business objectives through effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities
- Need to take care of compliance like SEDEX / ISO renewal on yearly basis and maintain the file on regular base.
- Admin related work need to be done as per company policy and requirement
