Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and support the daily HR functions of the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and overall HR operations while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate performance management and annual appraisal processes.
- Support payroll preparation, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize employee engagement, wellness, and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review.
- Assist management in workforce planning and talent retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
