The role covers daily HR operations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, personnel records, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Administer compensation and benefits.
- Support talent acquisition.
- Maintain personnel records and support performance management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong HR foundation and experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Develop, interpret, and apply HR policies in line with company standards and UAE labor regulations.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience with HR information systems, basic HR analytics, and accurate, confidential HR records.
- Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.
- Industrial, oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing experience in the GCC is preferred.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
