The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting core HR functions.
Minimum
3 years of HR experience in the Real Estate industry
Key Responsibilities
š¹ Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
š¹ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the organization.
š¹ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
š¹ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
š¹ Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
š¹ Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
š¹ Prepare offer letters, manage negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
š¹ Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
š¹ Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with other HR operations as needed.
Qualifications
ā Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
ā Minimum
3 years of hands-on HR experience in the Real Estate sector
, with significant exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
ā Proven experience in hiring for sales, leasing, property management, engineering, and corporate roles within real estate is preferred.
ā Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
ā Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
ā Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary Range : From 6,000 AED to 9,000 AED
