Role Overview
Support the day-to-day HR function at a Hilton hotel and advise team members and department heads on HR matters.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and internal mobility to meet staffing requirements.
- Coordinate team-member engagement, recognition, internal activities, and development initiatives.
- Support performance management, talent management, succession planning, and mandatory training.
- Assist with employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
- Support payroll, benefits, leave, attendance, and other HR administration.
- Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and systems in compliance with Hilton standards and UAE labor legislation.
- Support HR audits, reporting, manpower planning, and HR action plans.
- Partner with department heads to improve engagement and retention; deputize for the HR Manager when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous HR coordinator or supervisory experience is sought, preferably in hospitality.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, UAE labor practices, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and good knowledge of HR systems.
