1. Recruitment & On boarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Coordinate interviews, offer processes, and candidate communication
Ensure smooth on boarding and documentation for new hires
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRIS data accuracy
Handle confirmations, transfers, and separations
Support exit formalities and clearance processes
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law requirements
Manage leave, attendance, and employee documentation
Support payroll inputs and monthly HR reports
4. Employee Relations
Act as first point of contact for employee queries
Support grievance handling in a professional manner
Drive employee engagement initiatives and communication
5. Performance & HR Initiatives
Support performance management cycle (appraisals, tracking)
Assist in implementation of HR projects and initiatives
Drive HR process improvements and documentation
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR operations and labor compliance (GCC preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
3–5 years of relevant HR experience
