Human Resources Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding from candidate screening through joining formalities.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and candidate documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Handle daily HR administration and employee queries.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with payroll, leave, attendance, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
• Coordinate staffing requirements with department heads.
• Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• One to three years of relevant HR experience; UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and basic understanding of UAE Labour Law.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR management systems.
• High confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
