Your day to day

Responsible for the entry /mid level recruitment functions of the hotel

  • Maintain /update HR related records
  • Drive colleague communication through various channels
  • Responsible for the implementation of on boarding of new colleagues
  • Effective colleague communication through various channels
  • Support fulfilment of HR statutory compliance
  • Monitor and ensure colleague facilities like Lockers, Bunker, Cafeteria, Transportation, Accommodation etc.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and timely updation of Heart of the House.
  • Drive various colleague engagement initiative * Act as a point of contact for all colleagues when in need
  • Regular cordial interactions with colleagues to make them feel ‘ Accessible HR

What we need from you

Bachelors Degree/ A post graduation in Human Resources Management is desirable

1-2 years related experience in Human Resources
