About Us
Remax is a real estate company based in Abu Dhabi.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and support our people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
- Handle visa, labour card, and Emirates ID processing in line with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Prepare and process payroll inputs, leave, and attendance records.
- Support performance reviews, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Draft and update HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Degree certificate must be certified and attested (UAE MOFA attestation).
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE / immigration procedures.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office; HRMS/payroll software experience is an advantage.
