POSITION SUMMARY
APV is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable HR Executive to support day-to-day HR administration. This role will manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS administration in UKG, compliance tracking, and HR support activities while serving as a reliable backup for key HR operational processes.
DUTIES
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires.
- Manage offboarding activities, terminations, and separation documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within UKG HRIS.
- Process employee status changes, compensation updates, and organizational changes.
- Assign onboarding and offboarding checklists and monitor completion.
- Schedule orientations and coordinate employee communications.
- Support benefits administration and employee documentation.
- Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR processes and systems.
- Maintain HR reports, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Partner with IT and managers regarding employee access and transitions.
- Assist with recruiting administration, interview coordination, and reference checks as needed.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Manager.
- Serve as backup support for critical HR operational functions and employee lifecycle activities
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with UKG Ready mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of HR Administration, HR Operations, or HR Coordinator experience, supporting U.S.-based employees.
- Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
