Full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates.
Oversees daily HR operations, recruitment support, HR administration, employee relations, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and support recruitment activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws and company procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and coordinate performance reviews.
- Assist with training and development initiatives.
- Work with management on HR best practices and a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare regular HR reporting and insights.
Qualifications
- Strong HR and HR management foundation supporting core HR functions.
- Hands-on HR operations experience, including personnel administration, documentation, and HR systems.
- Knowledge of HR policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Employee relations competence, including communication and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Confidentiality, ethical conduct, and responsible handling of sensitive information.
- Organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software; Arabic and English are advantageous.
