Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Commission Sales Specialist.
The Commission Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective B2B clients, conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings, and present Wondr’s event solutions to decision-makers.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on inbound and outbound leads, preparing proposals in collaboration with the events team, and closing commission-based deals.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, providing feedback on market trends, and working with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to event delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Experience in Sales Management or ownership of a personal sales funnel, including tracking metrics and forecasting results.
- Ability to provide or participate in Training related to sales processes, product knowledge, or client onboarding.
- Comfort working in a commission-based, target-driven environment, with self-motivation and accountability.
- Experience in events, marketing, or related B2B services is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
- Eligible to work remotely with reliable internet access and a professional home working setup.
