Human Resources Coordinator

Role overview

HR responsibilities

• Respond to team member, manager, and candidate inquiries with accurate information.
• Maintain personnel files, HR records, and documentation.
• Process payroll and coordinate with centralized payroll teams, managers, and team members.
• Escalate complex employee-relations matters to the HR Manager and follow up.
• Prepare and distribute HR memos, flyers, and communications.
• Support HR programs and initiatives; assist with new-hire and termination documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support HR projects and follow-up.

Learning and development responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules, invitations, attendance, and logistics.
• Maintain training records, trackers, and completion reports; follow up on mandatory and compliance training.
• Support induction and onboarding and assist departmental Training Champions with coordination and follow-up.
• Prepare training materials and attendance records; assist with feedback, reports, and L&D administration.
