This role will act as a key link between HR and operations, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies while supporting day-to-day business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment
- Handle employee relations matter and provide practical HR solutions
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs
- Monitor HR metrics and support decision-making through data insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Support performance management and employee development processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of HR practices and labor regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- **Fluency in both English and Arabic**
