Role Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Superleap acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that enable organizational growth and high performance.
The role is responsible for aligning talent, performance, engagement, and workforce strategies with business objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Working closely with leadership teams, the HRBP will lead performance management, employee relations, talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
The role will leverage people insights and data to identify opportunities, solve workforce challenges, and build scalable HR practices that support the company's growth.
As a trusted advisor, the HRBP will help leaders attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years of HRBP experience.
- Strong expertise in performance management, employee relations, engagement, and talent development.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision-making.
- Data-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, strong execution capability, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilitiesbusiness Partnership & Talent Management
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align people strategies with business goals.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives across assigned functions.
- Support organizational design and workforce planning decisions as teams scale.
Performance & Employee Experience
- Own performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles, and performance improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and proactively identify retention risks.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and manager coaching.
People Insights & Hr Operations
- Analyze workforce metrics, engagement data, and attrition trends to provide actionable recommendations to leaders.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HR Operations teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Culture & Organizational Effectiveness
- Champion company culture, values, and leadership behaviors across teams.
- Lead change management initiatives and support leaders through organizational transitions.
- Identify opportunities to improve people processes and implement scalable HR practices that support business growth.
