A digital asset manager in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced HR Associate for its London-based team.
The role combines operational HR responsibilities with involvement in strategic people projects.
The organization is expanding and operates in a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, absence, and disciplinary matters.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, probation, internal mobility, and offboarding.
- Advise leaders on HR policies, employment law, and people management practices.
- Assist with organizational change, workforce planning, and business transformation.
- Support performance reviews, talent management, engagement, and learning and development.
- Maintain accurate HR records and management information in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Improve HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate on people projects and strategic HR initiatives.
Candidate requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or equivalent HR generalist in financial services, asset management, banking, fintech, or another regulated sector.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Experience advising managers and employees on HR matters.
- Experience supporting organizational change, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Experience with HR systems, reporting, and management information.
Advantageous qualification
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD accreditation is advantageous.
