Key responsibilities
- Support the Head of HR and Recruitment across group companies; maintain accurate, confidential HR records and trackers.
- Prepare HR documents using approved templates and coordinate signatures; coordinate documentation for trials, onboarding, promotions, and offboarding.
- Liaise with the PRO on visas, work permits, and BRNs; process medical insurance updates, renewals, and related invoices.
- Track reviews, renewals, document expiries, and HR deadlines.
- Support job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups; handle routine employee queries and escalate matters as needed.
Candidate requirements
- 1–2 years of HR or recruitment administration experience; UAE experience is preferred, though job details also state a minimum of 1–2 years of UAE HR administration experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through; discretion with confidential information.
- Good written and spoken English; job details specify fluent English.
- Confidence using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, digital systems, and LinkedIn.
- Positive, helpful approach and willingness to learn; bachelor’s degree and immediate availability are preferred.
