About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources System Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting HR operations through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage HR systems (HRIS) and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with IT for system upgrades, integrations, and maintenance
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
- Train HR team members on system usage and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HR systems or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR practices
