Overview
- We are seeking a Human Capital Associate to support the operational side of the Human Capital function, with a strong focus on HR reporting, Excel-based analysis, Oracle or similar HR systems, and day-to-day HR operations. The role is suitable for a UAE National professional with hands-on experience in HR operations and strong comfort working with data, reports, dashboards, and HR systems.
- Execute daily HR operations including employee data updates, record maintenance, and system transactions
- Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and ensure data integrity at all times
ERP / HR System Support
Work with Oracle or similar HR systems to process, review, and extract HR-related information.
Support system-based HR workflows, requests, and employee-related transactions.
Ensure information entered or extracted from the system is accurate and aligned with HR requirements.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve system-related gaps, missing information, or inconsistencies.
Support reporting activities by using data available from Oracle or similar HR platform
