Human Capital Data Analyst

Role overview

What you will do

• Analyze hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational-mobility data to identify trends and labor projections.
• Build and modify dashboards, reports, and other analytical products for client needs.
• Help develop and maintain position-description libraries to standardize role information.
• Manage relational databases and ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw datasets for consistent analysis.
• Support survey design and execution across 18 Intelligence Community agencies.
• Analyze surveys, data calls, and other human-capital efforts to provide accurate, timely insights.
• Manage HR data and conduct analysis to support workforce planning and decision-making.

Required qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 18 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus 10 years, or no degree plus at least 24 years.
• Prior data-analysis experience within the Intelligence Community.
• Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings through graphic, written, and verbal formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and relational database management.

Preferred qualifications

• Cognos reporting and dashboarding experience; working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal (POPS), PD Library, or Lawson.
• Workforce analytics and workforce-planning experience, particularly in human-capital management and strategy.
