This is a full-time role for a Hull Treatment Supervisor focusing on ship repairs.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to direct and oversee teams effectively in ship repair operations
- Excellent Communication and Case Management skills for clear coordination and efficient project execution
- Experience in Social Work and Mental Health management to ensure team well-being and a positive work environment
- Deep knowledge of safety protocols and maritime industry standards
- Prior experience in hull treatment and ship maintenance is highly desirable
- Ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and budgets efficiently
- 3+ Years of experience in similar role is desirable.
