Hiring – HSSE Manager | Marine Piling & Infrastructure Project | Iraq
Shafa Group is hiring an experienced HSSE Manager for a Marine Piling & Infrastructure Project in Iraq on a short-term assignment basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall HSSE operations for marine piling, offshore, and infrastructure construction projects
- Ensure implementation of HSE management systems, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and compliance monitoring
- Lead toolbox talks, safety trainings, site inductions, and workforce safety awareness programs
- Ensure compliance with international HSE standards, client requirements, and project safety procedures
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on HSSE matters
- Monitor offshore/marine operational risks, lifting activities, heavy equipment operations, and construction safety compliance
