- Hiring: HSE Engineer (Consultant) – RTA Road Projects | Dubai
- We are looking for an Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Engineer to join our team for Road and Infrastructure projects in Dubai for RTA.
- This role is strictly for candidates with consultant-side experience in UAE road projects, particularly those involving traffic diversion and work zone safety management under Dubai Roads and Transport Authority.
- 🔹 Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience
- Mandatory consultant experience on infrastructure/road projects
- Strong background in traffic diversion & road safety
- Prior experience with RTA projects (mandatory)
- NEBOSH certification (mandatory) + safety diploma preferred
- Sound knowledge of Dubai Municipality & RTA HSE regulations
- 🔹 Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with RTA & Dubai Municipality HSE standards
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and traffic diversion plans
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce corrective actions
- Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions
- Act as the consultant’s HSE representative on-site
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
