We are seeking an experienced HSE Trainer to design and deliver high-impact training programs in Health, Safety & Environment.

The role involves developing training content, conducting engaging sessions, and supporting the expansion of our HSE training portfolio.

Deliver classroom and online HSE training programs for corporate clients

Design and customize course content based on client requirements

Conduct training needs analysis and recommend suitable programs

Facilitate workshops on key HSE topics (e.g., workplace safety, risk assessment, incident investigation)

Ensure training aligns with international standards and best practices

Develop case studies, assessments, and practical exercises

Support business development by assisting in proposals and client meetings

Stay updated with latest HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends

Minimum 5 years of training experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA , Highfield etc)

Proven experience in delivering HSE training programs

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Ability to engage diverse audiences (blue-collar to senior management)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English

working with training/consulting firms

Ability to develop new course offerings independently

Exposure to multiple industries (construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.)
