- Lead and mentor a team of HSE professionals, fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring effective execution of HSE plans across all project sites.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses for complex construction activities, developing and overseeing mitigation measures.
- Oversee the investigation of all incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
