HSE Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the

HSE Management System

• on site.
• Conduct
• daily safety inspections and audits
• to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.
• Perform

Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

• for installation activities.
• Ensure compliance with
• Permit-to-Work systems and Oil & Gas safety standards
• .
• Monitor contractor safety performance and enforce safe work practices.
• Deliver
• toolbox talks, safety briefings, and safety awareness sessions
• .
• Investigate
• incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
• , and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate
• HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records
• .
• Ensure proper
• PPE usage and hazard control measures
• .
• Coordinate with project management and client representatives on safety matters.

Required Qualifications

• **Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering**
• or equivalent.
• **Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry**
• .
• Valid
• HSE certifications
• such as
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent
• .
• Strong knowledge of
• Oil & Gas safety standards and UAE HSE regulations
• .
• Experience with
• risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• .
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in
• industrial zones or large-scale installation projects
• .
• Previous experience in

UAE Oil & Gas projects

• .
• Familiarity with
• international HSE management systems
• .
