Overview
- The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE policies at the worksite, ensuring full compliance with Oil & Gas safety standards and company procedures.
- The role includes conducting safety inspections, toolbox talks, incident reporting, and enforcing PTW, JSA, risk assessments, and safety control measures during hydro jetting, hydro testing, critical lifting operations, scaffolding activities, and other high-risk tasks to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and site safety compliance
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions & daily inspections
- Identify and eliminate unsafe acts/conditions immediately
- Prepare safety reports, checklists, and near-miss/incident documentation
- Ensure compliance with PTW, JSA, Risk Assessment & LOTO procedures
- Support emergency response planning and drills
- Coordinate with PTW program, site team & client safety representatives
- Overtime is available during shutdown projects with attractive earning potential.
