HSE Officer- Emirati National
in Abu Dhabi.
Job purpose
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with strong communication skills who are eager to build a career in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
The successful candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines on-site
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Support in risk assessments and safety audits
- Monitor workplace safety and report unsafe conditions or practices
- Ensure all employees follow safety regulations and company procedures
- Maintain HSE documentation and records
- Assist in incident/accident investigations and reporting
- Conduct safety inductions and awareness sessions for employees
- Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture
