Overview
We are looking for a qualified male **HSE Officer** to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across our **factory, accommodation and project sites** in the Advertising and Interior Fit-Out industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies across factory and site operations
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions
- Maintain safety documentation for audits and inspections
- Promote a strong safety culture across all work environments
Requirements
- **NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)**
- **ISO 45001 Lead/Internal Auditor Certification (Mandatory)**
- **Fire Warden Certification (Mandatory)**
- **First Aid Certification (Mandatory)**
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- Experience in factory and construction/interior fit-out projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of HSE laws, risk assessment, and safety procedures
- Good communication, reporting, and leadership skills
- Good communication & strong personality
- Well versed with MS office
- Able to communicate in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
