About The Role
We are looking for a **qualified and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer** to join our construction team in Dubai.
This role will focus on ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental standards across **high-rise, villa, and infrastructure projects regulated by Trakhees**.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement the **HSE Management System (HSEMS)** on site.
- Conduct **site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks** regularly.
- Lead **incident investigations** and ensure corrective and preventive measures are implemented.
- Enforce **PPE usage** and safety protocols consistently.
- Maintain accurate **HSE documentation**, risk assessments, and reports.
- Conduct **induction and safety training sessions** for all personnel.
- Prepare **site-specific HSE plans** and risk assessments.
- Foster a **proactive safety culture** with project teams.
- Monitor site hygiene, welfare facilities, and compliance with regulations.
- Submit **monthly HSE performance reports** to management.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- **NEBOSH IGC**
- A valid **Trakhees SARS card is mandatory**
- **IOSH Managing Safely**.
- **ISO 45001 & ISO 14001** certifications.
- **COSHH Risk Assessor** training.
- **Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS)** certification.
- **Fire Safety & First Aid** credentials.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum **5+ years UAE construction HSE experience**.
- Hands-on experience with **high-rise and villa projects**.
- Strong understanding of **UAE HSE regulations**.
- **DDA approval** is an advantage.
- Excellent **leadership, communication, and problem-solving** skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
