Overview
- Develop, implement, and manage project-specific HSE plans, policies, and procedures aligned with ADNOC and UAE regulations.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments (HIRA, JSA, HAZOP/HAZID), reporting hazards and recommending solutions.
- Perform incident and near-miss investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Lead emergency response/drills, including confined space rescue, firefighting, spill response training.
- Deliver HSE training programs and toolbox talks and promote safety culture among all stakeholders.
- Review and approve contractors’ HSE documentation (risk assessments, method statements, PTW requests).
- Monitor HSE performance metrics (KPI), prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for senior management.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (ADNOC, MOH, Department of Health), and support audits and inspections.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability projects.
