Overview

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Inspections & Audits:** Conduct daily site walk-throughs and formal monthly audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and 14001 standards.
• **Risk Management:** Lead the development of **Job Safety Analysis (JSA)** and **Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)** for all high-risk activities.
• **Training:** Organize and deliver **Toolbox Talks (TBT)**, safety inductions for new hires, and specialized training (e.g., First Aid, Fire Safety, Work at Height).
• **Incident Investigation:** Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any near-misses or accidents and implement corrective actions.
• **Reporting:** Maintain accurate HSE statistics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for the Management Team.
• **Permit to Work (PTW):** Oversee the PTW system to ensure all hazardous tasks are authorized and controlled.

Required Qualifications

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
• **Certifications:** * **NEBOSH IGC** (Level 3) is mandatory.
• ISO 45001 Internal/Lead Auditor certification is highly preferred.
• Valid First Aid and Fire Marshal certificates.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of field experience, preferably in the [Construction / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing] sector.

Technical & Soft Skills
