Job Summary
The HSE Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by identifying risks, enforcing safety policies, and conducting training and inspections.
This role plays a key part in promoting a safety culture on site and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
He will lead the HSE Management System maintenance and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements

Education
Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety & Hygiene or Engineering.
NEBOSH or CSP certification are not mandatory but are a plus.
·
Experience
8-10 years of experience on HSE supervision/manager roles.
Construction industry preferrable or oil & gas.
Solid experience on commissioning activities.

Language
fluent in English language.
Spoke & writing are
mandatory
.
Arabic and other languages are a plus.
·
Personal Documentation
have valid passport and Iqama to travel to GCC countries immediately.
Valid Saudi Arabia driving license.
·
Hse Regulatory Knowledge
strong knowledge of local health and safety laws and regulations.
·
Support
support multiple sites in simultaneous.
·
Stakeholder Management
strong skills to communicate and influence without authority to Clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
·
Ms Office
basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel use.
·
Abilities
attention to detail, follow up and strong observational abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Actively support Construction & Commissioning team on site to promote a safe and efficient operation.
· Lead and coordinate contractors’ safety officers/HSE supervisors to achieve full alignment and compliance regarding HSE rules & best practices.
· Deliver HSE site induction & toolbox talks to all workers and visitors.
· Conduct frequent HSE audits & inspections.
Lead weekly safety standdowns and hazard hunts.
· Lead Permit to Work process.
Monitor high-risk activities such as scaffolding, excavation, lifting operations, confined space entry, and hot work.
· Actively lead incidents investigations.
· Dictate HSE trainings to crews.
· Track and analyze observations cards weekly.
· Review vendors documentation (JSAs, procedures, lifting plans, checklists, method of statement, etc).

- · Work at headquarters office with frequent site visits.
