HSE Manager
About This Role
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
- Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, client audit standards, and industry best practices in fuel handling, transportation, and storage.
- Conduct safety training, emergency drills, and awareness programs to strengthen safety culture across depots and fleet operations.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and high-compliance clients to maintain trust and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance through proactive initiatives and safety innovation.
- Mentor and guide the HSE team to enhance internal capability, including developing junior staff members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in HSE roles within petroleum, construction, logistics, or other high-risk industries.
- Proven expertise in gasoline/fuel handling safety management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, incident investigation, and emergency preparedness.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in achieving and maintaining international safety awards/accreditations (e.g., RoSPA).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
