HSE Manager

Overview

• 1.Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering OR Bachelor Degree inrelevant Seience OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higherlearning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
• 2.Minimun one of the following:
• NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group)
• Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group diseretion)Mandatory
• -Lead auditor IS0 45001/ IS0 14001 or equivalent.
• -Incident Investigation techniques.Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage
• 3.Minimun 8-10 years'experience in HSE in construction, fabrication,installation and/or conmissioning projects / operations in the oil agas or petrochemicalindustries.
• 4.Have the following skills:
• -Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices andbehavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
• -Able to lead a tean of HSE personnel such as HSE officers, Hygieneofficers etc.
• Sound understanding of the HSE Managenent Systen and HSElegislative requirements.
• -Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans,Energency response procedures/plans and site specific HSEprocedures / work instructions.
• Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ RiskAssessnent etc.)
• -Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSEprocedures applicable to the SOW.
• -Ability to inplenent practical H2S control measures.
• -Ability to conduct HSE audits and inspections.
• -Ability to investigate incidents, identify immediate and rootcauses.
• -Ability to speak, read and write English with good communicationskills
• -Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
• Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
