Data Management And Reporting
- Collating and organizing all MCA-related data and information
- Conducting data extraction and review to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Updating presentation materials (e.g., ppt templates) as needed
Process Coordination And Support
- Tracking progress on improvement actions and following up with relevant entities to ensure target dates are met
- Booking meetings, taking minutes, and managing logistics for the HSSE Network meetings , regional meetings and QHSSE annual review committee
- Coordinating the planning and execution of campaign meetings and events
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serving as a central point of contact for MCA-related inquiries and requests
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between the MCA team and various internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring the GreenHub Nexus data reported by all entities is accurate and up-to-date
Qualification & Experience
- NEBOSH or equivalent HSSE Diploma
• ISO 14OOO1 And ISO 45001
- 2- 3 years experience in safety & environment.
