Job Title: HSE Engineer (Building Construction \| ADOSH(oshad) Certified)
Job Description
We are seeking a **HSE Engineer** with extensive experience in **building and construction projects** and a valid **ADOSH(oshad) certificate** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site safety on major construction projects and ensuring full compliance with UAE HSE regulations and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the project HSE Plan in line with **ADOSH** and company policies
- Ensure compliance with **local and international HSE regulations** (OSHAD, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across construction sites
- Lead incident/accident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to site teams
- Monitor and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) systems and emergency procedures
- Liaise with client and regulatory bodies on all HSE matters
- Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in safety performance
Requirements
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Engineering or relevant discipline
- **Minimum 12 years** of HSE experience in **building/construction projects**
- **Valid ADOSH Certificate** (mandatory)
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of **UAE HSE laws and regulations**
- Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills
- Previous experience on high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or residential complexes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
